TA2 commercially pure titanium — ≥99.5% Ti, anodized to a one-of-one crystalline grain. Not TC4 alloy: a brush handle does not need maximum-grade tensile strength. What it does need is a stable substrate that takes color the way ORMIXA wants — directly from the oxide layer, not from paint or coating. Same direct-price logic as Vector: the dollar goes to the metal and the anodizing tank, not the brand.

The Aluminum Line is the entry-level series, designed to be paired with Synthetic knots. Badger knots are reserved for the TA2 Titanium Line and the 6061 Aluminum Axis, where the handle material and build quality match the knot tier.
Yes. The TA2 Titanium Line takes either a Two Band Badger knot or any of the synthetic knots. Badger is the flagship pairing — natural fiber that holds water and builds lather the traditional way; synthetic is vegan, dries faster, and costs less. Both are bonded and cured to the same standard on the titanium handle.
