Return Window
Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
Condition Requirements
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, complete, and in original packaging where reasonably possible.
Hygiene Boundary
A razor loaded with a blade, or a Harbor brush whose knot has touched water, soap, shaving product, skin, or facial hair, is not returnable unless defective. This boundary is strict.
Non-Defective Returns
- Original outbound shipping is not refunded.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- A 15% restocking fee may apply.
Defective or Wrong Items
Approved defect, wrong-item, or transit-damage claims may be resolved by repair, replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund.
Reasonable variation in finish, texture, anodizing color, and crystalline grain pattern is inherent to our materials and manufacturing process and is not considered a defect.
International Returns
International returns do not refund duties, VAT/GST, brokerage, or customs charges already incurred.
Refused and Abandoned Parcels
Refused parcels, customs failures, abandoned parcels, and incorrect-address returns may be subject to deductions for outbound shipping, return shipping, customs charges, handling charges, or disposal charges from any refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund is issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Your bank or card issuer may require an additional 1–3 business days before the credit appears on your statement.
