Coverage

ORMIXA offers a limited lifetime warranty on metal components for the original purchaser with proof of purchase. Coverage applies to verified defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use, including machining defects and ORMIXA-installed metal assemblies.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and cosmetic wear
• Finish, texture, and crystalline grain pattern variation from manufacturing
• Drops, misuse, or chemical exposure
• Corrosion resulting from misuse
• Incorrect assembly or forced threading
• Modifications, refinishing, or third-party parts
• Unauthorized repair

Harbor-Specific Exclusions

The following are outside warranty coverage: DIY knot installation, non-ORMIXA assembly, removal or replacement of an ORMIXA-installed knot, third-party compatibility attempts, and third-party handle or knot experiments.

Claim Process

Customers are responsible for shipping an item in for inspection unless ORMIXA explicitly confirms otherwise. Approved repair/replacement outbound shipping may be covered by ORMIXA.
