Pricing and Availability

Product availability, pricing, shipping availability, and lead times may change until checkout is created and the order is accepted.

Order Acceptance

ORMIXA may refuse, hold, or cancel orders for destination risk, fraud risk, export/sanctions risk, pricing error, inventory constraint, or operational constraint.

Product Boundaries

• Harbor is sold only as a configured brush build. Knots are never standalone retail products, standalone cart lines, or DIY retail parts.
• Unsupported Harbor handle and knot combinations are rejected in configuration and not quietly accepted through support.
• Reasonable finish, texture, anodizing, and machining variation is not by itself a defect.

Gift-with-Purchase

Gift-with-purchase qualification is locked at checkout creation. Later order edits or refunds may deduct the gift's stated value when qualification no longer holds.

Returns and Refunds

Product returns and refunds are subject to the ORMIXA Returns & Refunds Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge you have reviewed and accepted the return conditions described in that policy.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including non-waivable consumer rights. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORMIXA disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this storefront shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of the State of Delaware.

ORMIXA® is a trademark owned by Guangzhou Yanyang Technology Co., Ltd. and exclusively operated in the United States by ECE Innovate Homes LLC under license.
