The estimates below apply to in-stock orders; advance-order dates are shown separately. Order thresholds in the table apply to your merchandise total after discounts, before tax and shipping.

Origin and Dispatch
ORMIXA products are designed and manufactured by Guangzhou Yanyang Technology Co., Ltd. at their Guangzhou facility in China. All orders are dispatched directly from that facility to the destination address — there is no US warehouse staging step.

Dispatch Times
- Ready-to-ship razors and accessories: normally within the destination-specific processing window above after payment clears, dispatched from the Guangzhou facility.
- Harbor brush builds: the hand-installed knot cures for 24–48 hours within the same quoted dispatch window before packing.
- Delivery estimates include processing and transit, using the applicable working days, dispatch cutoff and holidays. Your checkout shows the estimated delivery date range for the selected address and products.
Split Shipments
Orders may ship in multiple parcels when fulfillment timing or origin differs. Internal splits do not justify a second shipping fee by default.
Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges
Import charges are covered by ORMIXA for destinations marked above. For other destinations, duties, taxes and customs handling may be collected from you on delivery. Checkout displays the applicable arrangement; a zero checkout tax line does not mean an import is tax-free.
Tracking
Tracking information is sent to the checkout email after dispatch. Carrier-estimated delivery dates are estimates only.
Lost or Damaged Deliveries
If your parcel has not arrived or an item arrives damaged, contact support@ormixa.com with your order number. For damage, please include photos of the item and packaging if available, and keep the packaging while we review the issue.
We handle the carrier enquiry and work with you on an appropriate replacement or refund. You do not need to buy additional shipping protection to receive help. Any claim we make with the carrier is separate from your rights against us and does not make your remedy dependent on the carrier paying us.
For confirmed transit damage, we cover any return shipping we require and do not charge a restocking fee. No return is required for an item confirmed lost in transit. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Cancellation and Refund
If an order is cancelled before dispatch due to unsupported destination or risk review, the full captured amount is refunded. If a parcel has already been dispatched and later encounters refusal, customs failure, or address error, deductions follow the active Returns policy.
