United States
All United States destinations (50 states and territories): free shipping on every order, no minimum.
Canada and Australia
- Merchandise subtotal ≥ $99.00 USD: free shipping.
- Merchandise subtotal < $99.00 USD: $9.90 USD flat rate.
Non-Core Destinations
Launch non-core whitelist: New Zealand, Singapore, and Japan.
- Default flat rate: $15.00 USD.
- Destinations may enter manual review for remote-service conditions, risk, or abnormal logistics cost.
Countries outside the confirmed whitelist are blocked at checkout until explicit tax and compliance support exists.
Origin and Dispatch
ORMIXA products are designed and manufactured by Guangzhou Yanyang Technology Co., Ltd. at their Guangzhou facility in China. All orders are dispatched directly from that facility to the destination address — there is no US warehouse staging step.

Dispatch Times
- Ready-to-ship razors and accessories: normally 1–3 business days after payment clears, dispatched from the Guangzhou facility.
- Harbor brush builds: require a 24–48 hour curing window before entering the shipping queue.
- Cross-border carrier transit to the United States is typically 14–21 days after dispatch. Door-to-door total time is 15–24 calendar days (handling + transit) for in-stock orders.
Split Shipments
Orders may ship in multiple parcels when fulfillment timing or origin differs. Internal splits do not justify a second shipping fee by default.
Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges
Unless checkout explicitly prepays import charges for a destination, duties, taxes, customs handling, brokerage, and similar import charges remain the buyer's responsibility.
Tracking
Tracking information is sent to the checkout email after dispatch. Carrier-estimated delivery dates are estimates only.
Cancellation and Refund
If an order is cancelled before dispatch due to unsupported destination or risk review, the full captured amount is refunded. If a parcel has already been dispatched and later encounters refusal, customs failure, or address error, deductions follow the active Returns policy.
